What is "In Rome"?
 
In Rome gives users the possibility to book apartments and B&Bs online.

All properties can be viewed online along with their availability on your chosen dates of travel.

How do we get keys for the Apartments?
Let us know the precise time of your arrival and give us a mobile number that we can use to contact you. We’ll meet you outside your apartment when you arrive.

Are the In Rome Accommodation B&Bs and Apartments close to each other?
All the properties are in the historical centre of Rome, but that is quite a large area. Public transport connects all the In Rome structures to each other but if you need to be close to someone it’s best to try and book at the same place.

I’m having trouble booking two or more rooms under one reservation, what do I do?
Book each room type, single, double, twin or triple, one at a time.

What’s the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 10 days before your arrival without incurring any charges. After this point we reserve the right to charge you 20% late cancellation fee.

What happens if we have a problem at our apartment?
Just give us a call and we’ll do everything in our power to fix it!

How can I check my booking?
You will receive an email confirmation a few minutes after you book online containing all the details of your booking. If there are any problems or if we have any queries, we’ll contact you.

How do I cancel a booking?
On your booking confirmation email there will be a link to cancel or modify your booking. If you have any problems using it, simply come back to this website and enter the booking system again and follow the instructions. Bookings must be cancelled more than 10 days before arrival.

How do I modify a booking?
Exactly as above.

Where can we buy food for our self catering trip?
There are many supermarkets and Alimentari (delicatessens) around the city – when you arrive we’ll tell you where your closest one is.

How does the In Rome reservation system work?
If you find a property that you like you can book directly from the property page using the secure online reservation system. If you make a booking you may be asked to make a deposit of Full details of our cancellation policy are given in the terms and conditions when booking.

Are towels and bed linen provided?
Bed linen and towels are included. Check each individual page for further information on the structures such as whether they are furnished with a hairdryer, air conditioning, lifts, etc.
